Several LineTech Staff have contributed technical papers to conferences. Recent examples are found below.

PAPERS PRESENTED AT THE 2011 EEA CONFERENCE
Linetech staff presented three papers at the Conference, the first one by Wal Marshall, "Climbing Using Wire Attachment Systems - Why it's the method of the future", updated his earlier paper "Free Climbing of Transmission Towers" which won the Best Conference Paper (Member) Award when first presented,- both papers are attached.
The second paper was a joint one with Jeremy Neilson of NZ Aerial Mapping and LineTech's Edward Hardie - "Airbourne Laser Scanning for PowerLline Upgrade or New Route Design".
The third paper this year was by Richard Gibbons entitled "Good Governance and Good Engineering - do they really go together?" - we were pleased that it won the Best Conference Paper (Member) Award for the 2011 conference.
